In our continued effort to expand Flash Business Academy’s (FBA) service offering and provide measurable value to our clients, we are pleased to introduce our Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Service.

This new service has been designed to support companies in effectively managing their Skills Development reporting and grant management processes. By partnering with FBA, organisations can ensure full compliance with SETA requirements while optimising access to available training grants.

Overview of the SDF Service

Through this service, FBA offers the expertise of our in-house Skills Development Facilitator to manage and submit your Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to the relevant SETA.
In addition, FBA will assist in applying for Discretionary Grants on your behalf — with all approved funding allocated toward training conducted through Flash Business Academy.
